- Good Day, my name is Aja Sherman (”That’s pronounced Asia”) and I would like to be your Realtor. But first let me tell you a little about myself. I am originally from Las Vegas Nevada, yep that’s right you read that correctly. And your next question is going to be ‘well what made you move out here?’ The answer is I received an athletic scholarship to play softball for the University of Louisville and played there from 2002-2005. After graduating with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Photography, I decided to keep playing awhile. I played for the Arizona Heat in the Women’s Professional Softball League for one season and then went over seas to New Zealand to play in a women’s league there. After retiring I choose to make Louisville my permanent home and found my new passion, Real Estate.
- Now that I have found this new passion in life I strive to make buying or selling homes an easy transition for both buyers and sellers. Weather you are buying or selling your home I will be sure to bring my “A” game everyday as I work for “YOU”. Qualities I believe a Realtor should have, that I believe in, and that I live by include: honesty, integrity, and loyalty. Without these qualities no trust can be established between us, and trust is what builds relationships. That is what I hope to have with each and everyone I work with, a trusting relationship that is beneficial to everyone involved.
- I want to find the house that is right for you and your family, and turn it into your home. How I do that is by: helping you qualify for the right financing, negotiate on your behalf, finding the right insurance needed to protect your home, making sure the house is of good quality for you through a home inspection, and anything else you may need when buying or selling your home. I’ll even be there after when it comes time for you to make improvements to your home such as painting, landscaping, or remodeling. Although I have only been here 10 years I know the right people to call for any situation you may have when it comes to your home.
